Kind-hearted members of Blue Knights LEMC, Wales 1, and England XX, have raised £700 for COPS so the charity can continue its vital work.
The money was raised by the chapters taking part in various fundraising events throughout the year, as well as a special Summer Camp.
The camp, which included a 90 mile ride out, was at Apple Orchard in Gloucestershire, last month.
More than 50 people attended from a number of English Chapters, and despite some adverse weather conditions the weekend was hailed a success.
Steve Bendell, from Blue Knights LEMC Wales 1, said: “We avoided the rain and had a fabulous ride out. There were Some great challenging A and B roads, that were very twisty and scenic.”
As well as the ride out the camp enjoyed some live music, got to experience some authentic cider, as well as sell raffle tickets, play games, and auction a number of items for COPS.
A giant cheque was recently presented to Daisy Godfrey, an active fundraiser for COPS which has supported her and her family folloiwng the deth of her father, South Wales Police Officer PC Ian Godfrey, in 1999.
Steve thanked everyone who had helped to raise the cash.
