As part of a series of challenges Andy Green will be walking 10k this month raising vital money for COPS.
Andy, who admits he lives for walking and taking part in challenges, will be doing a 10k walk around Liverpool’s famous tourist attractions and well-known monuments.
“I’ve already completed a few events this year and have more coming up,” he admitted.
“One of them is the COPS September 5k virtual event.
“I love doing these types of challenges, and the feeling that goes with accomplishing them. The only downside is when you’ve completed it – you have to find something else to do!
“My focus now, however, is on this challenge.”
Andy added: “I’ve walked around Liverpool before, so I know where I’m going. This time though I’ll be taking a slightly different route.
“I want to raise money for COPS because it is a great charity that helps the police family.”
Andy will be walking 10k around Liverpool on 18 September.
